Terms & Conditions
Effective date: August 17, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing https://www.pcbarise.com or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Quotations
Quotations are provided based on the files and requirements you submit. A quotation is an invitation to order, not a binding contract, and remains subject to final engineering review of your production files. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation document. Where no period is stated, quotations are valid for 30 days.
Lead times quoted are estimates based on standard conditions and are subject to final evaluation of production files, process complexity, and component (BOM) availability.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed when we issue an order confirmation. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may incur costs for materials already committed, and we will inform you of these before proceeding.
4. Your Design Files and Intellectual Property
You retain all intellectual property rights in the designs, Gerber files, BOM, and documentation you provide. We use them solely to quote and manufacture your order.
You warrant that you have the right to have the submitted designs manufactured, and that doing so does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from a breach of this warranty.
5. Confidentiality
Your design files are handled under strict confidentiality procedures. A Non-Disclosure Agreement is available upon request. Contact engineering@pcbarise.com.
6. Quality Standards
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, products are manufactured and inspected against the approved drawings, contractual acceptance criteria and agreed inspection plan. If an IPC standard or Class 2 / Class 3 requirement applies, it must be specified at the quotation stage; no acceptance class is assumed from this website.
7. Inspection and Acceptance
Please inspect goods on receipt. Claims relating to quantity, visible damage, or apparent defects should be raised within 7 days of delivery. Claims relating to latent defects should be raised promptly upon discovery, with supporting evidence.
8. Quality Claims and After-Sales Process
To begin a quality or after-sales review, contact sales@pcbarise.com or engineering@pcbarise.com with the order or PO, product part number, revision, lot or serial number, defect photos or video, and available test evidence.
After receiving complete information, we aim to acknowledge the case within one business day and complete an initial technical assessment within three business days. For ordinary issues, we aim to provide a proposed resolution or CAPA/8D timetable within ten business days. Complex failure analysis, third-party testing, sample return or on-site validation follows the project plan confirmed in writing by both parties.
9. Limited Warranty, Returns and Rework
Unless a contract or purchase order states otherwise, the published warranty period is 12 months from customer receipt. It applies only to nonconformity confirmed to arise from PCBArise manufacturing or from failure to meet approved files or specifications.
Customer design errors, unauthorized modifications, misuse, abnormal storage or installation, normal wear, and customer- or third-party-supplied material issues expressly excluded by contract are outside this published warranty. Following verification, the remedy may include rework, repair, replacement, refund or credit according to responsibility and the applicable contract. Returns require prior written return authorization; shipping and related costs follow the root-cause finding and contract terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied under that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of production, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government action, power or utility failures, and component market disruptions.
12. Website Content
Technical specifications published on this website describe our general manufacturing capabilities. Achievable specifications for a specific project depend on the combination of parameters in that design and are confirmed during engineering review.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business. The specific governing law and dispute resolution mechanism will be stated in the order confirmation or supply agreement for your order.
