1. Who We Are

PCBArise Electronics (https://www.pcbarise.com) is the public-facing business brand for PCB and PCBA services. Quotations, contracts, invoices and payments are issued by Shenzhen Wenquan Dickson Electronics Co., Ltd., whose registered address is 2/F, Building B3, Zone 3, Xinxing Industrial Park, Xinhe Community, Fuhai Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen, China. 2. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to quote and deliver your project:

• Contact details you submit through our quotation and contact forms: name, company, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number.
• Project files you upload: Gerber files, BOM, Pick & Place files, PDF drawings, and related technical documentation.
• Project requirements you describe: specifications, quantities, and timelines.
• Basic technical data from your visit, such as the page a form was submitted from, used to route your inquiry to the right team.
• Cookie and online identifier data needed to remember privacy choices. If we later enable advertising or measurement technologies, those providers may process cookie identifiers, IP address, browser information and page interactions as described below and in our Cookie Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To review your requirements and prepare a quotation.
• To manufacture, assemble, test, and deliver your order.
• To communicate with you about your project and respond to your questions.
• To meet our legal, tax, and quality-record obligations.
• To record and honor your privacy and cookie choices.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your design files for any purpose other than fulfilling your project.

4. Your Design Files

Project files and production records are managed against the project version, order and applicable quality-traceability requirements. Access is limited to the sales, engineering and production personnel working on the project. A Non-Disclosure Agreement is available before you send Gerber, BOM or drawings — contact engineering@pcbarise.com.

5. Sharing Your Information

We share your information only where necessary to deliver your project:

• Component distributors — for turnkey orders, we share BOM data with certified distributors to source parts.
• Logistics providers — shipping address and contact details for delivery.
• Legal authorities — where we are required by law to do so.
• Advertising and measurement providers — only if those technologies are enabled for the site and only according to the choices and permissions required in your region. Google and other approved providers may use online identifiers to deliver, measure or limit advertising.

6. Advertising, Cookies and Your Choices

We do not load optional support chat, advertising or measurement technologies until a visitor explicitly allows optional services. If Salesmartly support chat, Google ads or another optional measurement technology is enabled, the provider may place or read cookies, use web beacons and process IP address or similar identifiers for the enabled service.

Where required, we ask for consent before enabling optional advertising or measurement. You can change or withdraw your choice through the Privacy & Cookie Settings link in the site footer. 7. Data Retention

We retain inquiry and project data according to the order, applicable law and quality-traceability requirements. Specific retention or destruction periods are agreed through the customer contract or audit requirements rather than promised as a universal website period. You may request deletion of personal data, subject to those obligations.

9. Security

This website is served over HTTPS. File uploads are restricted by type and size and are transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to project files is limited to staff working on your project.
